Our Mission
Eclipse Events holds itself to the highest level of professionalism and customer service. We understand the demands associated with planning and executing a successful event. Because of this, we strive to make those events as stress-free as possible for our clients using our proven Eclipse System.
 
Where We Work
Based in Houston, our planning portfolio includes events in and outside the Greater Houston area, spanning across Texas, the US, and overseas locations as well. 

Why Contract Us
~ Eclipse Events as a company was established in 2011 but our planner portfolio spans more than 10  years of professional work.  

~ We are certified and insured.  

~ You will be assigned a single planner that you will form a relationship with and who will live and breathe your event vision on your behalf, so that you can enjoy your event.  Some event planning companies tout that they have a large planning team, we ask how that benefits the client.  Eclipse Events believes in one contact per client, per event.  Assistants for  the execution alone are added as needed based on the size of your event -- at no additional cost.  We also have an on-staff Designer for theme development and graphic design work.

~ We don't offer the typical wedding planner package. We go above and beyond to provide you with services that cover your entire event planning journey.

~ We have relationships with vendors that offer discounts to clients that contract them. These savings are passed directly to you and can even pay for a respectable portion of the cost of your event planner.

~ Everyone needs a planner. Even if your venue claims to offer an event coordinator, often times their role is simply to check the set-up against their menus and order forms.  In contrast, your Eclipse Events coordinator will check every detail, recommend vendors for ultimate quality and cost savings, add touches that pull your vision together, create a timeline beyond just the event itself, walk you step by step through every single part of your event before, during, and after, and most importantly handle emergencies.
